With a varied approach to women’s health in my practice, I can assist you with your physical and holistic wellbeing both online and face to face. I offer plant spirit medicine healing ,yoga therapy for women, sacred movement meditation, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep, relaxation practise), Reiki, intuitive healing, Ayurvedic full body massage, Indian head massage and a monthly Women’s Circle.
